I am a big advocate of promoting community supported agriculture, especially in my area where tons of organic farmers can be found. The best thing about living in this place is that I have the opportunity to make use of the freshest ingredients as I need them, and my neighbor’s backyard may be the best way to go. After all, who else would support one another but all of us who are in the community already.

Aside from making use of their products, I always make it a point in marketing the same with other people in my community to try out what we have locally available instead of having to source out items from other locations. Dealing with the freshest of ingredients is always the best, which is why we have to support what we have and allow those surrounding us to increase their potential in distributing not only to the local community but eventually breaking out in other places as well.

I used to have some sort of hand allergy. It was undiagnosed, but my dilemma was not ignored by my dermatologist. I often complained that, for some reason, my hands would get suddenly get itchy. I have been using the same soap and lotion for a few months, so I did not think that these were the culprit.

But my dermatologist suggested I change my soap to a more chemical-free soap. I tried organic liquid hand soap and also an organic bar soap. It worked! It was not immediate, but I did notice that after a week of using the organics, I realized that I had not experienced hand itchiness for a about 4 days already!

There are different kinds of skin types – dry, oily, combination, sensitive and blemished. Each skin type needs a different kind of skin cleanser. Many brands come out with their individual formulas. The best face cleansers are those that include a moisturizer in its formula. We are advised to cleanse our face regularly and then apply a moisturiser. A moisturizing face cleanser provides both functions in one application.

There are several brands in the market that does this. Olive Oil facial Cleanser is a popular choice. It is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins. It is also a terrific natural moisturizer. Just put a few drops in your palm, smooth it over your face and then wipe it off with a damp washcloth.

A lighter is typically a portable device that is used to generate a flame.
